LA ENMIENDA PENAL "PFIZER" (FRANCIA) QUE CRIMINALIZARÍA A LOS CRÍTICOS DE LAS VACUNAS mRNA (II)

 

 

Artículo 223.1. 2 del Código Penal:

"La provocación para abandonar o abstenerse de un tratamiento médico terapéutico o profiláctico, cuando tal abandono o abstención se presente como un beneficio para la salud de las personas afectadas y cuando la intención o abstención se pretende que beneficia la salud de las personas afectadas, aunque sea, en el estado del conocimiento médico, indiscutiblemente, la causa, teniendo en cuenta las patologías sufridas,de serias consecuencias para su salud física o mental.

(...)

Cuando la provocación contemplada en los dos primeros párrafos anteriores haya sido seguida las penas se incrementarán a tres años de prisión y multa de 45.000 euros.

Cuando tales prácticas se lleven a cabo por medio de imprenta o medios audiovisuales, las previsiones específicas de las leyes reguladoras de tales medios serán aplicables para determinar las personas responsables"

En cuanto a si los tratamientos médicos terapéuticos o profilácticos incluyen las vacunas, deben mencionarse los cambios en las definiciones acaecidos, precisamente, durante las campañas COVID (que claramente están ahora incluidas en los mismos):

Changing Definitions

“Vaccine” is now defined as “a preparation that is used to stimulate the body’s immune response against diseases.

“Vaccines are usually administered through needle injections, but some can be administered by mouth or sprayed into the nose,” the definition reads.

The previous definition was “a product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease, protecting the person from that disease. Vaccines are usually administered through needle injections, but can also be administered by mouth or sprayed into the nose.”

“Vaccination” was changed to “the act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce protection from a specific disease” from “the act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce immunity to a specific disease.”

 The Epoch Times has obtained the emails and additional messages concerning the changes and has published all 67 pages of them.

 On Wednesday, February 14^th a highly controversial law was pushed through the National Assembly in France, potentially turning a critic of mRNA treatment into a criminal. The draconian law, which was quietly passed with virtually no debate, could throw anyone who advises against the use of therapeutic or prophylactic treatment (including experimental mRNA gene therapy) into prison for up to 3 years and pay a hefty fine of 45,000 euros.
